How You Can Help

We have a wide range of opportunities that suit various schedules and interests:

  • Event Planning: Help organize exciting events that foster school spirit and camaraderie by leading a committee.

  • Join a committee: Offer some time to execute the planned events and fundraisers.

  • Attend the PSA meetings: Share your ideas by providing input on topics you're passionate about.

  • Fundraising Initiatives: Contribute to fundraising efforts that directly benefit our children's educational experiences.

  • Communications: Assist in spreading the word about school events and initiatives.

  • Setup and Decorating: Help make our school and events a warm and welcoming place for everyone.

Why We Need You

Parents and Guardians,

We hope this message finds you and your families in great spirits. We are excited to invite you to be an integral part of your child's educational journey by volunteering with the PSA!

The PSA plays a vital role in enhancing the school experience for our children, teachers, and the entire school community. BUT WE CAN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU! Every PSA event and fundraiser is volunteer run and if we don't have the volunteers, we don't have the event. Not to mention the old saying that goes..."Many hands make light work." You will see many of our volunteers at every event and we want to make sure our volunteers are participating out of interest not obligation.

With your valuable time and unique skills, we can create a vibrant and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth. Even just an hour of your time will make a difference.

Benefits of Volunteering

1

Stronger Parent-Child Connection

Volunteering allows you to spend quality time with your child in their school environment. This shared experience can strengthen your bond, giving you a better understanding of their daily routines, friends, and activities. Your child will appreciate your active involvement and see your commitment to their education.

2

Positive School Environment

When parents volunteer, it creates a positive atmosphere within the school community. Your presence shows your dedication to your child's education, which can inspire other parents and students to engage more actively. This collaborative environment fosters a sense of belonging and encourages open communication between parents, teachers, and students.

3

Direct Impact on Education

Volunteering gives you the opportunity to directly impact your child's educational experience. Whether you're assisting in the classroom, organizing events, or participating in workshops, your contributions enhance the overall learning environment. You can see firsthand how your efforts positively influence your child's academic and social development.
